We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Health. This is a full-time position that offers a 40-hour workweek with a flexible schedule to accommodate your family life. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, voice, fluency disorders, head injury, stroke, aphasia, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) needs.
This is a therapist-owned and run company, providing a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will have the autonomy to create therapy and treatment plans for speech disorders, implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis, and establish treatment goals and milestones with patients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for patients with speech and language disorders
- Conduct standardized assessments to diagnose communication disorders
- Establish and track patient progress, updating relevant parties as needed
- Document and store treatment plans and progress reports
- Research and stay up-to-date on best practices in speech and language pathology
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field
- Previous experience in speech therapy, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
