Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Prime Car Wash. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, promoting our premium car wash packages, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Master the art of persuasion, educating customers on our range of car wash packages and tailoring recommendations to meet their needs
  • Listen attentively to customer preferences, crafting customized solutions that exceed their expectations
  • Upsell and cross-sell like a pro, driving sales growth and revenue
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales area, showcasing our products and promotions in a professional manner
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales or customer service experience, preferably in the retail or automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in point-of-sale systems
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet sales targets

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
