Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our Mixed Use (Multi-Family/Commercial/Retail) construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise all aspects of project management, including planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract negotiation, risk management, quality control, and safety measures.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, owners, and other stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting any potential issues or risks that may impact the project timeline or budget.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on mixed-use (Multi-Family/Commercial/Retail) construction projects.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and financial management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) would be highly advantageous.
