Job Summary

Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our award-winning news team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our morning newscast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate audio, camera, teleprompter, and CG graphics equipment for live broadcasts
  • Prepare for newscasts, including studio and set preparation, production booth setup, and maintenance of studio equipment
  • Assist with lighting and other technical aspects of live broadcasts
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the production team

Requirements

  • Education and/or internship in television or a related field is preferred, but not required
  • Training will be provided to ensure success in the role

Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 4:00 AM - 9:00 AM
  • Additional hours may be required on occasion
