  • Collect and document patient data, including vital signs, medical history, and current medications.
  • Assist clinicians with patient care activities, such as preparing patients for exams and procedures, and providing after-visit instructions.
  • Use electronic medical records to document patient data and communicate with clinicians and other healthcare team members.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to messages.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • Basic Life Support certification within 1 month of hire.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a primary care setting.
  • Current National Medical Assistant Certification.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
