Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and compassionate patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of patient care and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- 2+ years of experience in clinical specialty, with a focus on behavioral health.
- Nursing Certification in specialty area within 3-5 years of hire.
