Be a Produce Expert:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fresh produce products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and freshness. Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized produce area, adhering to company sanitation guidelines and quality standards.

Be a Customer Service Specialist:

Develop strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Work effectively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to quality standards.

Be an Inventory Expert:

Utilize digital tools to manage inventory, track sales, and maintain accurate stock levels. Collaborate with the produce team to ensure timely restocking and rotation of products, minimizing waste and maximizing sales. Stay organized and focused, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to achieve business objectives.

Be a Team Player:

Work collaboratively with the produce team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment. Provide support and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction. Stay adaptable and flexible, responding to changing business needs and priorities.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred qualifications include experience in produce, customer service, and inventory management.
