Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recovery Support Technician to join our team at Carle Health. As a key member of our Residential Reentry Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the sign-in and sign-out procedures for residents, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability.
  • Conduct regular checks on residents, including room searches and vehicle inspections, to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Monitor security cameras and visitor access to prevent unauthorized entry.
  • Provide orientation and support to new residents, ensuring a smooth transition into our program.
  • Collaborate with staff to maintain a clean and safe facility, adhering to public health protocols.
  • Transport residents to appointments and activities, promoting independence and community engagement.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as corrections or security.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of Illinois.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on de-escalating conflicts and promoting a positive resident experience.
