We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our cleaning crew as a Cleaning Services Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of various areas within our K-12 school, college or university campus environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be physically able to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds, and possess basic math skills. Prior customer service experience and familiarity with janitorial equipment are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned area, which may include classrooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, office, and stairways
- Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors in designated areas
- Regularly check trash receptacles, emptying as needed, in all designated areas
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
