Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning and upkeep services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Clean and maintain carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Dust and polish furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
  • Empty wastebaskets and clean windows and restrooms to maintain a high level of hygiene.
  • Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned to ensure the overall cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment and supplies.
