We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for pediatric patients, taking into account their unique needs and medical histories.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor patient responses to interventions.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhanced patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
