About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Supervisor in the OB GYN Clinic. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including performance evaluations, education, and support to providers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinical team members (RNs and CMAs) and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement projects to enhance the service line.
  • Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure seamless clinical operations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide education and support to team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • 3 years' relevant experience in a clinical setting.
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in OBGYN or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in day-to-day clinical operations.
