Job Summary

Morrow is seeking an experienced Erection and Dismantlement Superintendent to lead our crane and rigging operations in Denver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient setup and dismantlement of cranes and personnel hoists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee erection, climbing, and dismantling activities, including scheduling and dispatching of crews.
  • Provide guidance to erection crews, mobile crane suppliers, shipping companies, and other professionals on tower crane and personnel/material hoist applications.
  • Attend customer meetings to plan equipment erection, climbs, and dismantles.
  • Identify and mitigate jobsite hazards, including ground conditions, powerline clearances, and weather conditions.
  • Conduct inspections and re-torquing activities, and oversee crane and hoist repair activities.
  • Supervise and assist with the loading of equipment on trucks for transportation.
  • Ensure maintenance, inspection, and preventative maintenance of tools, rigging, and PPE.
  • Manage crane and hoist operators on turnkey equipment and assist with equipment operation as needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the crane and rigging industry, specifically in erecting cranes and personnel hoists.
  • NCCCO certified rigger or equivalent certifications.
  • High-level knowledge of crane setup and complex crane operations.
  • OSHA 30 training and current CPR and First Aid certification.
