Job Opportunity

WBCP, Inc. is seeking a skilled Gardener to maintain properties in the Southern Oregon region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and landscape five properties, including traditional gardening duties, blackberry abatement, planting, watering, and landscaping projects.
  • Ensure general upkeep of watering systems, tend to lawns and shrubs, and maintain lawn care equipment.
  • Perform light handyman duties as needed, such as hanging items on walls and moving furniture.
  • Communicate effectively with the Owner and Property Manager, providing regular updates and resolving issues independently.

Requirements:

  • Landscaping certification, master gardener certificate, or comparable experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
