Spine Neurosurgeon Opportunity at Indiana University Health Physicians

We are seeking a highly skilled Spine Neurosurgeon to join our academic division at Indiana University Health Physicians in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a faculty member, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and contribute to the advancement of spinal surgery.

Position Details:
  • Interdisciplinary approach to care with a focus on collaboration with APPs, therapists, and pain management specialists.
  • Clinic access points available in suburban facilities to support the practice.
  • Research interests supported with start-up funding for the right candidate.
  • Participation in outcomes registries and opportunities for outcomes research.
  • Call rotation with adult Neurosurgeons (generally 4-5 days per month).
  • Outpatient clinic coverage at Goodman Hall, IU Health Methodist Hospital, and the Indianapolis VA Hospital.
  • Teaching residents and fellows in a CAST-approved enfolded spinal fellowship.
  • Supporting the IU Neuroscience Institute and Center for Spinal Disorders.
  • Leadership opportunities for qualified individuals in education and quality, and in NSI Center development.
Requirements:
  • Neurosurgery residency in an ACGME-accredited program.
  • Enfolded or post-graduate spinal surgery fellowship desired but not required depending on experience and qualifications.
  • ABNS BE/BC.
