As an Admissions Advisor, you will be responsible for the recruitment and enrollment of qualified students. You will build relationships with prospective students and guide them through the admissions process. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship sales, and a strong understanding of higher education admissions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing consultations with potential students, communicating with them through various channels, and building rapport to determine career goals and program fit. You will also be accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly outcomes, meeting conversion rate goals, and maintaining accurate data in the CRM. **What You'll Do:**

* Manage consultations with potential students using your sales background and relationship building skills
* Communicate with prospective students through phone, email, or text, and keep appointments
* Build rapport and professional relationships with prospective students to determine career goals and program fit
* Show excellent communication skills in working one on one or in a group setting
* Be accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly outcomes and meet conversion rate goals
* Tour prospective students and/or groups through campus virtually
* Interview prospective students and complete enrollment paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
* Maintain accurate data in the CRM
* Follow up with prospective students to ensure completion of necessary forms and documentation for enrollment
* Attend trainings and admissions meetings weekly and as needed
* Assist and attend Stich-in Events
* Other duties as assigned

**What You'll Need:**

* 3-5 years of experience in relationship sales
* Minimum 3 years of successful experience in higher education admissions
* Associates degree, Bachelor's degree preferred

**Salary:**

$29.00 to $33.00 per hour
