We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Kidney Care. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or manage them
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of New Jersey
  • At least 1 year of experience in dialysis or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on our patients' lives
