Dental Hygienist Position

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team at 1st Advantage Dental-Bethlehem. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

• Provide thorough dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and education.

• A current dental hygienist license in New York and an Associate or Bachelor degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening and medical history documentation.
• CPR certification and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• A desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.

• The ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and the ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
