Key Responsibilities- Provides direct patient care services, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration.
- Assists with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Participates in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Documents patient information and care activities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Current and valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- IV certification upon hire; Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification preferred.
