About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Respiratory Therapy services to residents, including evaluating their needs and implementing treatment plans.
  • Evaluate residents for treatment planning and implement physician's orders, administer medication, and communicate findings to residents and the team.
  • Develop care plans, coordinate treatment, and assist in resident admission, transfer, and discharge.
  • Hold a degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program or equivalent and maintain current state licensure and CRT or RRT certification.
  • Possess strong management and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with staff and residents.
