Key Responsibilities:

  • Train security personnel on their responsibilities and post assignments as needed.
  • Oversee all aspects of security guard duties, including uniform inspections and appearance standards.
  • Investigate and resolve client issues, providing necessary follow-up and reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting by officers using company technology.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of patrol vehicles and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies during daily operations.
  • Schedule security officers and manage shift changes as required.
  • Meet with client management for updates and job-related changes.
  • Regularly inspect security personnel to ensure quality of service and compliance.
  • Exercise discretion and sound judgment in emergency situations.
  • Enforce conduct standards among security officers and address areas for improvement.
  • Fill open shifts as necessary.
  • Document site visits and performance reports efficiently.
  • Train officers on the use of company technology.
  • Complete and submit training documentation promptly.
  • Communicate operational concerns to management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Security Guard License with compliance to local regulations.
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
  • Flexible availability, including the ability to work overtime and weekends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage crises calmly and effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in navigating handheld systems and applications.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations.
