The Securian Financial Group is seeking an Actuarial Leadership for Enterprise Risk Management professional to join their ERM Actuarial Team. This role will provide leadership, analysis, and support for financial risk management, capital management, ERM governance, and risk reporting.
Key Accountabilities- Lead the development and execution of climate risk management framework.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and ERM Governance groups to manage Securian's risk inventory.
- Support development and execution of new or enhanced risk reporting to Securian's Financial Risk Council, Risk Council, and ERM Governance Groups.
- Engage senior leaders to develop and maintain enterprise risk appetite statement for individual financial risks.
Qualifications
- ASA or near-FSA actuarial designation.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to act independently.
Estimated base pay range:$84,000 - $155,000.
