Senior Post-Acute Care Nurse Professional

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide quality care to patients in post-acute care facilities.
This role offers the opportunity to create and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and educate patients and families on best care options.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic post-acute setting
- Develop and execute personalized care strategies for optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and attention to detail
- Educate patients and their families on effective care practices
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records
- A current Maryland state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduation from an approved nursing program
- A minimum of four months of experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
- $49-$60 hourly pay rate
