Key Responsibilities- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure efficient use of physician time
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient demographics, medical history, and treatment plans
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Process and manage patient payments, including co-pays, deductibles, and insurance claims
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a physician's office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service.
