ResponsibilitiesThis role will focus on delivering client solutions and take a hands-on approach in the design and specification development of bridge structure projects primarily located in Missouri, serving both public and private entities. Assignments will involve assisting in the analysis, conceptualization, design, and construction of projects involving bridge structures.
Qualifications- B.S. in Civil Engineering, Structures emphasis; PE designation preferred but not required.
- 5 or more years of experience in the design of bridge structure projects in the United States.
- Leadership/project management skills a plus.
- Strong history of successful project performance skills.
- Experience must demonstrate progressive growth in skills development and responsibilities in project assignments.
This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as it involves interacting with individuals of diverse backgrounds, including non-technical clients, architects, design technicians, civil engineers, the general public, developers, administrators, municipal leaders, and staff. The successful candidate must be a proven problem solver, team-oriented, and a solid individual contributor, with the ability to keep projects on scope, on budget, and on time.
