We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Advancement Program RN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis program.

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
• Monitor patient vital signs and laboratory results, and take appropriate action to address any abnormalities.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
• Chronic hemodialysis experience (preferred).
• Successful completion of FKC Education and Training requirements for new employees.
• Successful completion and maintenance of CPR BLS Certification.
