Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Supervising Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. As a key member of our therapy team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of assistants and certified therapists to provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of speech language pathologists and assistants to ensure exceptional patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • Unencumbered license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health care setting
