About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist PRN to join our team at AdventHealth Ocala. As a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist PRN, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical scanning procedures that require independent judgment and initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform technical imaging procedures, including CT scans and X-rays, on patients of all ages.
  • Provide efficient and courteous care to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Report and resolve customer service issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with radiology staff and other departments to facilitate coordinated patient care.
  • Efficiently utilize supplies and resources, recognizing and reporting equipment malfunctions to prevent costly repairs.
  • Comply with Joint Commission standards and directives.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of an ARRT-approved school of Radiologic Technology with advanced certification in one or both CT.
  • Current Florida X-ray technologist HRS license.
  • ARRT (R)(CT) or ARRT (R)(MR) certification, or both.
  • BLS certification.
