We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Apara Autism Centers. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans and behavior intervention plans to children with Autism in a clinic or home setting.
Responsibilities:- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans to children with Autism.
- Collect data daily on individualized functional goals for each client.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the clinic setting for staff members, clients, and parents receiving services.
- Provide direct 1:1 and group ABA therapy.
- Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client protocols.
- Collaborate with treatment team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred: experience working with children ages 0-16, implementing ABA principles, and educational or allied health services experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a variety of postures for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver's license required.
- Competitive compensation based on experience.
