POSITION SUMMARY:
InsideHigherEd is seeking applications for a faculty role in Therapeutic Massage. This is a 10-month position focused on delivering quality education in the field of massage therapy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach a total of 33 credits annually through various formats including live, hybrid, and online classes utilizing the institution's learning management system.
- Uphold the core values of the institution which include: 1) fostering a quality learning environment, 2) promoting diversity and accessibility, 3) maintaining integrity and accountability, and 4) collaborating for success.
- Deliver courses in Therapeutic Massage and additional subjects as assigned, ensuring adherence to course outlines and instructional standards.
- Integrate technology effectively into the teaching process to enhance student learning experiences.
- Evaluate student performance in alignment with institutional goals, program objectives, and course requirements.
- Maintain scheduled office hours for student support and guidance.
- Engage in service activities for the department, division, and college as directed by the department chair or dean.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and industry professionals in the field of massage therapy.
- Participate in initiatives that promote transferability opportunities within the academic community.
- Act as a resource for the community in the area of expertise and remain active in professional development.
- Travel as necessary within the academic district to fulfill job responsibilities.
