Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Culinary Specialist to join our team at Taco Bell - Ellisville. As a key member of our Back-of-House (BOH) team, you will be responsible for preparing food that meets our high hospitality and service standards.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to prepare all menu items in a sanitary and timely manner, following recipes and presentation specifications. They will also be proficient in operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to all sanitation and food production codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Knowledge of sanitation and food production codes

Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 per year, depending on experience.
