Compensation:

The expected earnings for a Pest Control Technician in the first year range from $37,500 to $45,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, life, and disability insurance, retirement savings with company matching, paid time off, and holidays.


Role Overview:

As a Pest Control Technician at Brezden Pest Control, you will be instrumental in safeguarding residences, commercial properties, and other structures from pest-related damage. This role entails conducting inspections, administering treatments, and ensuring the health and safety of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct termite treatments, including trenching, drilling, and working in crawl spaces.
  • Perform thorough inspections for termite presence.

  • Document and report service activities, maintaining high standards of record-keeping.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of work experience in any field; experience in the pest control industry is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates should possess or be willing to obtain the required California Field License. Strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service are essential. A valid driver's license that meets our insurance company's criteria is also required.
