Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team at RSM US LLP. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements and providing high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
Responsibilities:- Lead audit engagements and manage multiple teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client services.
- Assess risk and design audit procedures to ensure effective and efficient audit processes.
- Supervise and mentor staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored audit services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
- BS/BA degree in Accounting or equivalent degree.
- CPA or CA certification.
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit services.
- Proven track record of leading teams and mentoring staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Experience working with large, complex clients and managing multiple teams.
- Fluency in multiple languages, including French, German, Japanese, or Mandarin.
- Proven track record of managing relationships with large non-US companies with significant operations in North America.
