Job Overview

Schneider is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for our Regional Van Truckload division. As a Regional Van Truckload driver, you will enjoy a consistent freight volume, predictable power lanes, and a high volume of freight. This role offers a great opportunity for drivers to maximize their drive time and minimize downtime.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty, not driving
  • Weekly performance pay
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers and $2,500 for inexperienced drivers, paid in 12 monthly installments
  • Paid orientation and time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
  • Annual bonus: earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year
Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • HazMat endorsement preferred
  • Passport, FAST card, or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities
