    • Use Ace's S.A.L.E.S process to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Store Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and the front end area
    • Ensure that merchandise is well-stocked and easily accessible to customers
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless store operations
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers
    • Retrieve carts from the building's exterior or call for cart pick-ups as needed
    • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school or GED equivalent experience
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively
    • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
