Assisted Living LPN Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team at Ecumenical Retirement. As an Assisted Living LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and their families.

About the Role

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Forming meaningful relationships with residents, their loved ones, and physicians to create personalized care plans.
  • Coaching and supporting co-workers to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Overseeing medication administration and monitoring resident needs with a sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Educating residents and their families about health and wellness issues relevant to their care plans.
  • Serving as a Manager on Duty and sharing responsibilities with the team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current LPN license in the state where employed.
  • CPR certification (we will provide certification if needed).
  • A minimum of one year of experience in assisted living or a related healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to form relationships with residents, their loved ones, and co-workers.
  • The physical ability to perform the tasks required in this role.
