Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all guests upon arrival and departure
  • Manage wait times and communicate with guests in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate the computer seating system to efficiently manage seating and wait times
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless service delivery
