Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical components and systems. They will utilize engineering principles, software, and equipment to accomplish tasks, including fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical/electromechanical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the fabrication and testing of equipment to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Manage manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and compliance activities to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Design, implement, and improve electrical instruments and systems to meet customer requirements.
  • Inspect installations to ensure they meet specifications and industry standards.
  • Develop and modify embedded software to enhance system performance and functionality.
  • Research and analyze design feasibility to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend design modifications for field installations to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Budget, schedule, and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Ensure attendance and availability for on-site work to support project needs.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with computers, OrCAD, PSpice, and Microsoft Office to support design and development activities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 9 years of experience, or 12 years of related experience to demonstrate expertise and leadership skills.
