Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain production standards, ensuring compliance with quality regulations and company policies.
  • Assign tasks and communicate priorities to the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging Lean principles and tools to optimize production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive business results.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, as well as perform basic math calculations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
