Geriatric Medicine Practitioner

Position Overview:

Intermountain Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Geriatrician to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is designed for a physician who is board certified or eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine, and is passionate about providing exceptional care to senior patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to geriatric patients.
• Engage in collaborative practice with a team of healthcare professionals, including primary care, endocrinology, and urgent care specialists.
• Manage a patient schedule consisting of four patient-facing days and one administrative day each week.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine.
• Possession of an unrestricted medical license.
• Completion of a U.S. ACGME accredited residency program.
