Job Title: Respite Care Provider

Clarvida is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respite Care Provider to join our team. As a Respite Care Provider, you will work within our community-based program, providing temporary relief to parents/guardians/primary care takers for youth and adolescents with behavioral health diagnoses and/or severe emotional disturbances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-home and community-based services to clients with behavioral health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • First Aid/CPR Certified
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
  • Active Family Support Certification; OR Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and active car insurance
