Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic skills to join our team at AAA NCNU. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Responsibilities

As an Automotive Technician with AAA NCNU, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing diagnosis and repairs on vehicles using industry-standard procedures and equipment.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Attending training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and repair techniques.
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards, as well as maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of four years of experience as an automobile technician.
  • An ASE Master Tech certification or equivalent.
  • Smog repair and testing certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This position requires standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, reaching, lifting, and climbing ladders. You will be exposed to loud noises and work in a busy service department.
