Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in an acute care setting, adhering to the State of Tennessee Practice Act and MRMC policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to address communication and swallowing disorders.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Credentials / Education:
Required:
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Tennessee.
- BLS CPR Certification.
- MBSIMP certification (preferred).
