Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing of floors and carpets
- Clean hallways, restrooms, lobbies, and other high-traffic areas
- Disinfect restrooms, offices, and other areas as needed
- Operate cleaning equipment and machinery, such as scrubbers and buffers
- Request and replenish supplies as needed
- Inspect and maintain assigned custodial equipment and small tools
- Perform basic repairs to buildings and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid State Driver's License
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a variety of environments and weather conditions
