About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at BAUS BARBER. As a Mixology Expert, you will be responsible for creating and serving craft cocktails in a fun and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a great sense of hospitality, and the ability to work various shifts.

Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position:

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers as they enter the bar and provide them with drink menus.
  • Take orders while paying attention to details and making recommendations based on customers' preferences.
  • Prepare beverages following recipes and ensure that they are presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards) and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Keep the bar area clean and organized throughout your shift.
  • Communicate customer feedback to management and recommend new menu items to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous work experience as a Bartender or similar role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sanitation regulations and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Salary Range

$15.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
