Job DescriptionThe Plant Controller/Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial reporting and operational analysis with assigned plants within North America.
This position involves working closely with plant management to provide analytical support, assist in the development/enhancement of reporting processes, and provide recommendations to improve internal controls and profitability.
You will prepare monthly and quarterly operating statements along with supporting analysis and commentary for senior management and shareholders.
Additionally, you will prepare monthly and quarterly KPIs for plant management and manufacturing directors and assist in the development of new KPIs.
You will also be responsible for correlating monthly operational data to financial data to highlight opportunity costs of production deficiencies.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a finance concentration, CPA or CMA designation preferred, and 5+ years of progressive financial analytical experience.
They should have a strong understanding of cost and management accounting, including budgeting through previous experience in a large multi-site manufacturing environment.
