About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate/Consultant to join our team at Spitzer Automotive. As a Sales Associate/Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Introduce customers to our value price sales process and value statements
  • Facilitate interviews to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives
  • Present vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interests
  • Offer customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, present financial propositions, satisfy customer concerns, and ask for the order
  • Conduct our delivery process and follow up with customers in a prescribed manner to develop customer loyalty
Requirements
  • An outgoing and friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to establish rapport with all types of people
  • Professional, ethical, and respectful
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to follow-through
