Job Summary

MDTS is seeking a highly skilled Wireless Network Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our wireless communication systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance
    • Install and configure wireless communication equipment, including antennas, transmitters, and receivers.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair
    • Identify and troubleshoot issues with wireless communication systems, including signal strength and quality problems.
    • Repair or replace faulty equipment as needed.
  • Network Optimization
    • Optimize wireless network performance by adjusting settings and configurations.
    • Monitor network activity and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that technical issues are resolved promptly.
    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that wireless communication systems are integrated with other systems and technologies.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as telecommunications, electrical engineering, or computer science.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in wireless communication systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems, including protocols, technologies, and equipment.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
    • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
