Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nail Technician to join our team at Bally's Corporation. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a wide range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and paraffin treatments.
  • Enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional service, including greeting guests, performing services, and promoting products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to department and property policies and procedures.
  • Assist in monitoring cleanliness of locker rooms and restock supplies as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current Mississippi Board of Cosmetology license required.
  • 1 year experience as a practicing Nail Technician preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and lifting, with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity.
