Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have direct experience with building automation systems and a strong background in programming and troubleshooting.
This role involves installation, commissioning, and maintenance of building management systems.
Responsibilities- Install and program building automation systems
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with automation systems
- Commission new systems to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain existing systems to prevent downtime
- HVAC experience with controls and building automation
- Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
- Diagnostics skills for automation systems, process controls, mechanical devices, electrical systems, and components
- Proficiency in Tridium, Niagara AX, and Alerton systems
A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
